AGC is a fast paced environment that gives you the opportunity to learn quickly, providing massive exposure at a very early stage. Very transparent organization where hard work is well noticed. Can be somewhat of an intense environment (long hours from time to time), but that comes with the learning opportunity. Amazing place to learn, grow, and become dynamic and fine tuned banking professional.
Cons
Occasionally long hours, but that’s part of working in the industry
