Pros
Very active boutique per 451 league tables. Don't often find them mentioned elsewhere but if you look at volume they are one of the most active sell-side advisers. Very heavy on security, really can't beat AGC's security practice.
Cons
It's a manufacturing line. Though the team is extremely successful, the company needs to be more adaptive to change. Seemingly taking those steps with some younger partners coming in to play.
