Pros
AGC is a great place to work - the camaraderie is great and I feel as if I have fortified life-long friendships here. AGC is not going to take it easy on you, as you are given a high level of responsibility from the beginning, demanding an ultra-high level of commitment and attention to detail. Regardless of your position here, you will find that you will learn a lot about tech investment banking at AGC. Personally and professionally, you will undergo substantial growth as you navigate through the adversity you are tasked with on a day-to-day basis. In that, you will find that you will grow more than you thought was initially possible because of the adversity you will be asked to work through.
Cons
Long hours, work environment can be high stress at times, tight deadlines, fast learning curve. Depending on how you spin it, these could all be pros since they force you to learn and grow.
