Compliance is impossible to deal with. They will pick your file apart, send you corrections for things that would not be an audit finding. Emails to regional managers go unanswered. They leave you under staffed and constantly want to phase out positions. Minimal raises. They belittle, undermine, and micromanage. Their processes are extremely lengthy and unnecessary which in turn causes you to lose many prospects and the prospects you do keep get very annoyed with how many times you have to call them back in for more paperwork. When corporate was given a list of concerns trying to address issues and correct them, they went unanswered and ignored. This company is supposed to be a green company, lie. All and all, this company is a let down and they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to HUD properties.
