Pros
Great company to work for. They allow balance between work and home. Very flexible. Open communication with co workers and up to Corporate. Very focused on Team building, good pay, good bonuses, great benefits. Great opportunity for advancement if you do your job. Great training. Mostly organized. Very supportive of their employees. They care about their employees, residents and properties. I don't think there is a better property management company out there to work for or to live within their communities.
Cons
There really are no negatives per say... if I had to say anything.. maybe could improve on the salary scale a little, but very adequate. I would say above average but not where your would say to yourself, "I get paid a ridiculous amount.. way more than anyone in my field, I'm going to go buy a Ferrari", but somewhere just below that. I can only afford a Mercedes. Corporate is organized (99.9999%) on point. But then again, I am OCD. On both these items they are very good but there may just be room for miniscule improvement.
