I have worked for AGPM LLC for over 17 years. The company has always treated me like family, and has always made me feel valuable. I have had many opportunities to grow, and advance in both my career and my income. I truly felt as part of the AGPM family.

Cons

AGPM sold most of it’s sites a few years back with the agreement to continue to manage over them. In the last month the new owner of these sites has pulled management leaving the company with little to no room for growth. Also leaving the company with having to part ways with many of its long time employees.

I enjoyed meeting new people and working with the tenants.

Cons

It was a mess from the very start. I was basically thrown to the wolves to fend for myself in day 3. My area manager was there the first 2 days. She was available by phone but I never really got any formal training. The maintenance guy could get away with murder. Took a 2 hour nap on the clock (complete with air mattress, blanket and pillows) told not to do it again. Recorded an hour long video of my bathroom, told not to do it again. I left after the video because is no longer felt safe. Also, no pro for 6 months, no benefits for 3.
