I enjoyed meeting new people and working with the tenants.
Cons
It was a mess from the very start. I was basically thrown to the wolves to fend for myself in day 3. My area manager was there the first 2 days. She was available by phone but I never really got any formal training. The maintenance guy could get away with murder. Took a 2 hour nap on the clock (complete with air mattress, blanket and pillows) told not to do it again. Recorded an hour long video of my bathroom, told not to do it again. I left after the video because is no longer felt safe.
Also, no pro for 6 months, no benefits for 3.
