Outstanding Company - Snr Project Manager AGPM (FL ) Employee Review

I been with AGPM for over 15 years and love working for the company. It's been challenging and rewarding work. My suggestion are often taken into consideration and executed. This company has inspiring and innovative thinkers, and look for those qualities when hiring.

I don't have any negative things to say, because this has been the best company I have ever worked for.

I enjoyed meeting new people and working with the tenants.

It was a mess from the very start. I was basically thrown to the wolves to fend for myself in day 3. My area manager was there the first 2 days. She was available by phone but I never really got any formal training. The maintenance guy could get away with murder. Took a 2 hour nap on the clock (complete with air mattress, blanket and pillows) told not to do it again. Recorded an hour long video of my bathroom, told not to do it again. I left after the video because is no longer felt safe. Also, no pro for 6 months, no benefits for 3.
