      Games! Slot games! Tech art! Everything I love about this job,

      Cons

      I don't have remote or work from home access, so it could be a trouble sometimes when the weather is bad and we are told to stay home. Luckily, IT can help get me temporally remote access from my personal laptop.

      -Wonderful coworkers and culture, very friendly and welcoming, as well as passionate and hard-working -The best training of my career, thorough and patient -Managers listen, gather information, and make decisions that help the whole team -Office and facilities are nice

      -Communication between large teams (including admins) is lacking, which causes inefficiencies

      Everything from the people to the culture is amazing! Just a great place to work at - best in my 35+ years in IT.

      Cons

      There are distinct groups within the company that are each doing their own thing...but even this is a great opportunity to help build enterprise standards.
