We appreciate your feedback regarding remote work and while AGS offers flexibility when business needs allow, we do not have a broad remote or hybrid work policy and generally encourage in-office work in our primary operating states to support collaboration, communication, and team alignment. We also wanted to share a quick update: AGS offers a combined PTO program, giving employees 19 days of PTO in their first year to use however they choose, whether that's for sick time, vacation, a staycation, or just a well-deserved day to recharge.
