- Capricious management practices, firings are nearly always personal, sometimes even accompanied by falsified paperwork indicating a pattern deserving of firing - Lots of false promises or raises, promotions, and bonuses that never happen - Management makes constant, and meaningless changes then complains that things are taking too long - No one in management bothers to learn anything about what the artists or programmers do, and yet still act as though they know it all and get upset when their errors are corrected - Starting about a year ago, management has been eliminating everyone who ever dared to suggest how the workplace and workflow may be improved - Morale has been destroyed; there is no longer any trust
