Pros
At first, the culture feels friendly and relaxed. Culture Crew events were awesome which really brought the group together. A good place to "park" your career and operate as a C player. Expectations are not super high. If you like to drink, you can do so at your desk at times. Jeans every day is cool. You can also vent on a employee website that goes to management.
Cons
Separating the locations has impacted a sense of unity once had as CJ; sudden terminations have caused alarm; satellite campus is treated as an after thought; the key members on the Atlanta team are like the "Cullens" from Twilight - you are in the circle or not; for experienced professionals, you will find the culture more focused on donuts and star wars than real work; you will not grow professionally; no leadership training; IT support in Atlanta was awful; CTO and VP's never attend any events; put some kind of dress code in place other than whatever is on the floor that morning; Armour office is horrible; poor communication - received most updates on the company via social media rather than the company internally; promotions are given out based on popularity rather than merit; no budget for IT certifications
