Pros

Very smart colleagues who are always willing to help Parntersgips with many vendors Finally more than 10 days vacation (you won't be able to enjoy it anyway because you're expected to always be available( WFH No micromanagemnet

Cons

Interesting that there are so many new reviews here, it looks almost like someone's manage asked them to leave positive feedback... also looks like all the positive reviews are from sales and leadership. Of course they are happy... they are the ones making money and delegating their hobs to everyone else. Meanwhile the rest of us are miserable. Company acquired four companies in less than a year and pushing out legacy employees left and right... I'm talking people who have given 15-20+ years of service to CDI. No loyalty at all. Yet some members of the "executive leadership" team still have jobs after harassing a female employee (who was teminated after reporting it)... same "leader" bullied an employee for taking paternity leave when his first child was born. That employee was so angry he quit. Paycuts and layoffs have resulted in more work for less money. No work life balance and you are expected to be available 24/7, on weekends, on vacation. Benefits are horrible and expensive, no 401k

Pros

Going from a toxic employer to AHEAD has been the best change for my happiness. Everyone at AHEAD is motivated, positive, and willing to help each other. I no longer dread logging into work, and even enjoy the days where I have to work a bit longer or go the extra mile, because I know it will be appreciated and I can take the time I need in return. Having unlimited PTO you don't get shamed for using is amazing. I've been supported in my efforts and have a lot of autonomy without micromanagement, which is a great feeling. Upper management really trusts you and trusts in the hire.

Cons

While being in a high-growth company is exciting, it can also be exhausting. Sometimes you need the "rocket ship" to take a beat, but there is no real lull. More company-wide time off would be helpful so that you can get a break where you don't come back to 50+ emails per day. The only other downside is that due to the fabulous employee retention, people stay in their roles for a looong long time. There are not a lot of opportunities for upward mobility as a result, from what I have seen thus far.
