Pros

*Was a part of one of the LAUNCH classes and it was pretty cool at the start. *Opportunities to travel for work, emphasized a lot on learning/getting certs (paid by comapny). *"Unlimited" PTO (pro for me since I was able to use it, can be con for some) *Other benefits were pretty decent *WFH with option to work at local office(not everyone had one close by to work at)

Cons

*There's a good bit of focus on DEI in the culture but it got to the point where I could care less about it. *Saw multiple rounds of lay offs. During one of them I was mid call with clients for a project and a coworker on the call got laid off during the client call. Within the hour his accesses were cut. * Was a part of one of the rounds of lay offs. Just got a call randomly and they laid me off same day. Cut my accesses within the hour. Also the severance was two weeks pay and a month of insurance... *Was barely put on projects cause there wasn't enough to go around in my department. So pros not much work. Cons you stunt your career because you're not actually doing any field work. Just studying for certs and barely using that knowledge, if used at all. *Ahead India - They try to make it sound great building up a workforce there. But in reality aren't you just shipping jobs overseas for cheaper work?

Pros

Going from a toxic employer to AHEAD has been the best change for my happiness. Everyone at AHEAD is motivated, positive, and willing to help each other. I no longer dread logging into work, and even enjoy the days where I have to work a bit longer or go the extra mile, because I know it will be appreciated and I can take the time I need in return. Having unlimited PTO you don't get shamed for using is amazing. I've been supported in my efforts and have a lot of autonomy without micromanagement, which is a great feeling. Upper management really trusts you and trusts in the hire.

Cons

While being in a high-growth company is exciting, it can also be exhausting. Sometimes you need the "rocket ship" to take a beat, but there is no real lull. More company-wide time off would be helpful so that you can get a break where you don't come back to 50+ emails per day. The only other downside is that due to the fabulous employee retention, people stay in their roles for a looong long time. There are not a lot of opportunities for upward mobility as a result, from what I have seen thus far.
