Pros

Teaches you how to value your own worth and to look out for these type of people when you’re looking for employment. Makes you believe that no matter how good a person(s) pretends to be, there is always a chance they have the worst intentions. They use you to the point of exhaustion, way beyond your job duties. There is no work/life balance. They have people on salary that just sit in their own office and do nothing collecting a paycheck, while another person has to do the jobs of 5 different people making half of the other.

Cons

Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Full of drama, nepotism, hypocrisy, blasphemy. Owners say their company is built on the pillar of Christianity and they are closer to the devil than anyone I’ve ever met. Do not work for this company. They lie about their accounts, one instance: they don’t have a contract with Ashly furniture as they were fired. Management is not worried about employee retention and coined the phrase “we don’t chase, we replace”. A senior manager actually said this and laughed. Racism, sexism, agism, almost every discriminatory action was committed in front of me as if it were a joke. Called me the “n” word to my face and laughed it off.

Pros

Base level employees are generally nice and easy to work with. I have no complaints for them. Work is not difficult, though can be overwhelming

Cons

While I take no issues with this company being built on the owner's faith, this company being a "Christian" company is not stated until you are hired. Each monday there is a motivational meeting that starts off as a prayer meeting. While you are told you may skip this prayer section of the meeting, the "motivational" speech often ties back to Christian beliefs and stories. No sir, I am at my place of business, not Sunday school. I do not wish to hear about your theories of why Adam was placed on this earth. The owners also, based on past social media history, have no problem posting statements that are demeaning if not flat-out racist. Worst of all, lower management knows of this and does their best to assure you that "you will not interact much with the owners". The same owners you will see and hear from at least every Monday. On a more serious note, I understand this is a private company. However, they do not suitably protect customer information. While you do need a log in to sign into the programs to access customer addresses, there is nothing stopping you from copying and pasting addresses, phone numbers, and any other information onto your computer. There is nothing is stopping you from saving pictures taken in a customer's personal home on your computer. This company is extremely lucky that no one they have hired has gone after their customers in order to steal identities. But if they do not improve their security measures, I fear it will happen very, very soon.
