Pros
Management and employees are kind, easy to talk to, and very helpful to one another. You won't feel left out as they make sure you understand and know how to work on your task.
Cons
The company is still a start-up. There are readjustments from time to time like new processes. There's still a big room for improvement in terms of employee retention but they are doing there best!
