Pros

Good people, medical benefit covers 3 dependents for free, freebies for new joiners, accessible house, good location, leisure facilities; billiard tables, TV etc. Team buildings, GC giveaways to top performers, fun team huddles

Cons

For those who has just started working for the company, the process of getting your ID badge takes longer than it should, like you are almost done with your 1-2 months of training and still you still don't have your own badge which makes it difficult for you to access the facilities without tailgating to whoever has one. Also, this company lacks clear communication to their employees, they have the tendency to transfer you to another department who has urgent need of manpower without prior notice and proper training which make your real job description you initially applied and hired for unclear. Exit process is very old school compared to my previous company. HR even does not send updates to former employees with regards to the status of your clearance unless you follow up every now and then. Career growth
