Great benefits and co-workers. Hours were good. Opportunity to work from home.
Cons
Very unprofessional supervisor. Does not treat employees like professionals. Unrealistic case loads. Management's emphasis was on on numbers and not proper handling of cases. Did not feel that the client's were getting what they paid for.
