Pros
I heard mixed reviews of other managers but the manager chain of command up to the director was great. They treated you like a human and were accommodating when personal issues came up.
Cons
I worked in Variable annuities which meant all processing during the market had to be done same day. The work load would get especially tough during RMD season. Lots of overtime and hard hours so work life balance was pretty terrible.
