Pros

Absolutely no pros and worst experience of my life.

Cons

I worked at AIM Consulting’s Denver office in 2019 (not in 2021), and it was by far the most toxic and unprofessional work experience of my career. I chose not to write a review at the time because I wanted to move on, but after working with companies since—both of which have healthy, supportive cultures where I’ve been promoted, grown my career, and stayed for years—it became clear that my experience at AIM was not simply about my performance or “not being a team fit.” The Denver office, under its previous leadership, was deeply problematic. In my experience, the leadership often questioned candidates’ ages and discouraged submitting people for jobs based on age and sexuality. I also witnessed unprofessional behavior from other staff, such as browsing for firearms during the workday. I sincerely hope that AIM Consulting has addressed these issues, as no one should have to endure that kind of environment. Again, it was prior to 2020 so maybe things have changed.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
