      Pros

      Reasonable pay. Acts quickly if they think you can make money for them. There are no more pros - extremely negative experience.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Claims to support the employee - could not be farther from the truth. Their contracts support the client and themselves, no one else. Will mislead you about your chances of being hired on full time in order to get what they want. Do not communicate. Once you are placed - radio silence. Accept a position only as a last resort.

      Great company, great leadership. Tools to do job well are slightly lacking and tough market, but overall great experience through the years.

      - Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

      Cons

      - Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
