Pros

Exposure to IT staffing industry

Cons

Low commission payout, no flexibility in hours—you’ll get questioned if you take PTO, no amenities or perks, horrible benefits despite the fact they take a majority of our commission. Management is focused on making money instead taking care of the people that work for them. Managers have huge egos and people are not friendly bc there’s so much pressure and unrealistic goals. HR is disorganized and snappy. There has been crazy turnover of recruiters with no signs of workplace improvement.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
