Pros

They pay weekly into your account

Cons

90 day wait period for benefits. Cost of health care is expensive. They claim to care about continuous improvement (it is one of their values) but there was no opportunity that I saw for encouragement of improvement of employees nor the company in general.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
