Thanks for the feedback and I am glad to have the chance to reply to your thoughts and suggestions. The first thing I want you to know is that I am always available for feedback whether it is in-person or through virtual meetings. While COVID has changed a lot of things, our desire to have open and honest conversations has never wavered. AIM has changed a great deal over the past 13 years and I firmly believe we get better every year. That comes through feedback by employees like yourself and always looking for ways to improve our business and employee experience. I am extremely proud of the tenure we have at AIM and hope it continues to grow. Successful people have definitely been promoted and have earned it. We have also hired a lot of great people into leadership roles recently which is really exciting to see. As a leadership team, we do have the responsibility to hold our team accountable and you are right, in the remote world, we believe that connections with our clients and our consultants are of utmost importance. There is no doubt that the job is challenging but it has been proven over the years that the people who do collaborate with the team and work hard to partner with their customers always win. Building trust is at the top of our core values and something we strive to do every day with our employees and customers.
