Pros

Currently working with AIM as a FTE consultant. The company is making a significant investment into its culture, is building a pipeline of meaningful, strategically-significant projects for its clients, and is attracting top-level talent. I've worked with other local model consulting firms before and am loving the entrepreneurial atmosphere and lack of travel!

Cons

They are adopting defined career paths, so the organization is currently pretty flat, so if you are looking to come to a firm with a well-defined career path then AIM's is definitely a work in progress (this could be a good thing if you don't like hierarchies, though!).

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
