Pros

I was hesitant to work with a consulting firm at first, but once I explained my career goals the folks at AIM worked hard to find the right consulting roles for me and got my foot in the door at a very prestigious commerce retailer. The Seattle office staff has always been very supportive of MY goals and ambitions. Even when it meant passing up lucrative gigs to insure my career advancement goals could be met.

Cons

As a consultant you have to be prepared to work on some less than glamorous projects. AIM worked hard to engage with interesting problems, but a minority of them where still a bit of technological grind.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
