Pros

AIM invests in their people, they don't just throw you in and wish you luck. There is training from day one. They take the time to know the people they're bringing on. Whether it be as an internal employee or consultant out on site with one of our clients. People are at the heart of the our business. What I like is that AIM looks at the big picture instead of just focusing on short term wins. It's not always about the right now but the future that makes investing in relationships worth it. The environment is competitive but supportive. We work hard and we play hard! I will say we appreciate the people that work for us- We know happy consultants, mean happy company! We do this by being a trusted resource for our consultants if they have questions, concerns or if any issues arise. We don't brush things under the rug-We also celebrate AIM consultant's successes-dinners,putting on happy hours, networking events and I think there will be much more to come in 2015! The people are really enjoyable- sometimes the job can get hard, but when you genuinely like the people you work with, it gets you through the rough spots.

Cons

I don't really think of it is as a Con- but as an industry in general we're all about the timing- which can mean sometimes you're putting in a lot more time than expected to make sure you're getting the right people in the door.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
