Pros
This company has many talented individuals. The leadership exhibits a high level of ethics, and won't take the next engagement that comes along just for the money. They look for like minded clients who value excellence and want to exceed expectations.
Cons
My only "con" is a small thing. Their payroll process for contractors is a little convoluted. Once you figure it out, it's fine, but it's still quirky. Everyone gets paid what they are owed, so its not a matter of being shorted or anything like that. It's just a twice monthly system that isn't commonly used in my experience.
