Pros

Unfortunately there were none to report as the experience highlighted what happens when founders sell a company and those that are left are put in charge.

Cons

This mighty staffing company wants to be a national consulting firm but had the wrong leadership in place to do so. Too many talented folks passed through with little care to listen and let them help. The reward and performance structures are aligned to recruiting and staffing business models so compensation expectations could never have been met. The lack of women and people of color is leadership was profound.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
