Pros

The team is very collaborative until they aren’t. There are many super smart hard working people here. Great work gets done in spite of the organizational challenges.

Cons

AIM is strong on management but unfortunately nobody above the director level in the organization has any real experience beyond AIM. Disappointing anecdote: There was a Sr Management Strategic Offsite held about a year ago. One of the topics was to decide on a short list of AIM differentiators. They couldn’t agree on a single one. They just dropped the topic and moved on. How messed up of an organization can we be, and how can we be so lacking in vision that no two senior leaders can answer the question “Why choose us over our competition?” the same way.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
