      Pros

      The pay is decent, Benefits, College tuition reimbursement, possibility of telecommuting. The Doctors are very nice to work with and really down to earth and friendly.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Advancement is not based on skills, but who you know. Managers, team leads and several people are friend outside of work.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
