Business Analyst - Anonymous employee AIM Specialty Health Employee Review

Management is horrible. No training. Expectations are quite high with no direction. Keep hiring people with no set job description- they find a fit for them after they are hired. Many people leave within a small time frame, but people that actually need a job stick around thinking they also may find a fit. Management has changed so hopefully new standards will be put in place but that will take a while. Many people left and went to Anthem (mother company). Communication between manager and team is not good and clarity is lacking.
