      Pros

      Friendly people, lots of free food. Good facility. The actual work is not bad either. Depending on the manager, there may or may not be flexibility.

      Cons

      Not much career growth. Lots of people leaving because of that. Bad commute to the city or going west. Some departments hire people for no aparent reason. Other departments are understaffed. Management is undecisive.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
