      -Training is done efficiently so that when an associate has completed training, they feel comfortable working independently. -Working environment is friendly and everyone is willing to help each other out. -Management has an open door policy, which helps when an associate has any concerns.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
