Pros
There are very few if any pros to working at this company. They place too much weight on clinical staff and belittle non-clinical staff. I would not recommend employment to anyone for this company.
Cons
They do not listen to their employees, they do not staff adequately. Business often sells ideas months before solutions can be developed leaving the developers and testers scrambling to catch up. Any suggestion or request for help is ignored with absolutely zero consideration by inept and petty management. Management is only concerned with covering themselves and not respecting employees or helping their employees.
