      Pros

      The best RN job I have ever had. Management and peers are amazing. The job is challenging and mentally intriguing but I never go home stressed about work. I can maintain my work/life balance. AIM is truly a gem!

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
