Sweat shop-like conditions for one department that was so busy, they could barely keep up. Then another department was completely over staffed. Little to no advancement opportunities. When hired I was told that after a year (if quality and numbers were excellent) there would be an opportunity to work from home. They did away away with that program, so don’t think you’ll work from home. You won’t. Low pay for nurses.
