      Pros

      The benefits are decent. It used to be a good company. A lot has changed in the last couple of years. Many good people have moved on.

      Cons

      They give below market rate for software developers. The process is not well defined. Project delivery cycle is a mess. The company had to let go of many good people(regardless of merit) recently to manage its finances.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
