The management team is HORRIBLE!! They micromanage your every movement, people are hurrying from the bathroom or lunch because they don't want management to come and find them. The employees are stress. No POSITIVE feedback only what you are doing wrong. Nobody can thrive in that type of environment. They are bullies and its all about who you know. If they are not happy with you then they give you the worst assignment. Never any positive feedback. Team leads are all friends and of management and church members. If you have a complaint you might as well keep it to yourself because no action will be taken. The team leads tell your business to other associates and gossip.
