      Pros

      Co-workers were professional, hardworking and dedicated. There was no time for any camaraderie during work hours and the time clock was ticking for all but managers and leads.

      Cons

      Stressful and a high turnover rate. Management out of touch with day to day concerns. Promotions not based on what you know but who you know. Good people with great talent passed up.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
