well its good in the nice weather months because you work outside.....
Cons
ABSOLUTELY ZERO TRAINING PERIOD! they just throw you out there & don't care if you actually KNOW what you are doing- all they care about is NUMBERS..... UNTIL the stuff hits the fan and then they CAN YOU! Also - if you want benefits you better watch your email like a HAWK because THAT'S where they slide your enrollment forms in and don't tell you UNTIL of course its too late to sign up and so NOW you have to wait an ENTIRE YEAR for "open enrollment"
