      Not heavy load work place, flexible schedule , since it is subsidiary of Wellpoint, so the benefit is good.

      Cons

      Management is far behind, don't know how to promote or appreciate a person's work. if you are looking for career growth, DONT go. if you are looking for no development and just stay stable, then go.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
