Growing too fast and only concerned about numbers and not associates. They don't honor promises/promotions even when made in writing. CEO makes changes because it looks good on paper instead of asking those that actually do the work. Only chance of promotion is if you don't question anything. Anthem talks about transparency, we don't see it.
