      Major pro is that it’s a work from home job.

      Cons

      Timing is very strict when on the clock and since it’s healthcare HIPPA compliance is important so no one can be in the room while you’re working, like kids.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
