      There arent any pros for me other than its remote

      Cons

      there is constant micro managing , call center times two calls back to back to back short training , no sick days , no excused absences even if you are sick, horrible management they dont pay enough to deal with the amount of stress the environment brings

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
