      Work from home is the only thing.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Turnover rate is ridiculous and you’re constantly having to take on more work because people leave left and right. Not enough pay and not worth it.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
