      Why does the company condone and support upper management's bullying, harassment, and intimidation of their employees? You can file complaints with human resources and the legal department, but your complaints are ignored. A physician's oath of ethics to treat everyone equally, respectfully and with dignity has been forgotten.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
