Pros

Health insurance, pto, wfh (if you enjoy working from home)

Cons

There's a lot of cons- It's a call center- you're spoken down to, screamed at, talked over...almost every call. Metrics are not realistic. It's a very emotionally draining, disappointing job Everyone is told to be as vague as possible- we had a team meeting on how we're supposed to be as vague as possible to the caller...half the time RS's have to refer the caller to someone else and the other half of the time we're getting yelled at. I find this job to be the most unproductive job I've had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone& would have stayed at my last company if I knew what the job actually was.

Pros

I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

Cons

You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
