      Endless amount of work and processes are constantly changing/evolving

      Cons

      culture is very "head down and work" with little to zero employee engagement or any amount of genuine care. The saying of "people don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad bosses" is applicable here and it stems from leadership at the highest level.

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
