      compensation Nothing else that I can think of People are pretty nice for the most part Good benefits Nice AIP with additional bonuses

      Cons

      Long hours, redundant and repetitive boring job Structure in processes is not the best, lots cramming and working consecutive 12 hr days

      Pros

      I started work at 9:30am so I was able to at least sleep in and eat breakfast without running out the door. Close to home, my drive time was only 20min max

      Cons

      You are taking a massive amount of phone calls a day. The phones are constantly ringing and you can only take assigned bathroom breaks and lunches. If you take too many breaks or are away from the phones too long you will get in trouble.
